Our titanium nuts are stander 12mm. We personally have tested the 12point found it difficult to use with different manifolds. So we supply our kit with stander 12mm nut socket.
This is a M10 x 1.25mm x 45mm Ti 6Al-4V (burnt finish} stud, nut, and washer.
