What is included in the brake package:

1️⃣:  Two Brand new front TL-S 4-piston Calipers- Remanufactured or Used OEM cores. 

2️⃣: Calipers CNC machine to our spec.

3️⃣: Calipers direct bolt Service (Plug and play no need to drill out & ruin your spindles/knuckles.) These calipers bolt directly to the stock mounts on factory spindles. 

4️⃣: 2x TL-S Brakenetic rotors available Drilled slotted, Slotted, Cross drilled and Regular rotors of your choice.
310mm / SET Please be aware rotors are shipped separately. “Rotor will be shipped separately” Rotors are all zinc coated. S2k must run s2000 rotors! Sold separately 

5️⃣: 4x Evolution Sport carbon fiber Ceramic brake pads (low dust) / SET Front Driver & passenger. sold separately 

6:  4x Stainless pad spring clip & pins

shims are included if you need them for your vehicle. No need to buy separately. 

CALIPER TORQUE SPEC: 27ft/lb If you strip or over torque the calipers causing damaging to the threads.

-This is essential information to consider before converting to a big brake kit.
-2007-2008 Acura TL-S specification parts are necessary for the conversion. Like rotors & pads. 
-While any brand is acceptable, the parts must be 2007/2008 Acura TLS spec.
-OEM brake lines are compatible, but many customers opt to upgrade to Stainless Steel lines.

The arrival time will start once the order is received, not when it is placed. Machine work takes approximately 6-8 weeks, and powder coating is unavailable for mail-in calipers. Please note that only machine servicing is offered.

• If you want your TLS calipers to be CNC machined for plug-and-play use, you will need to send in your own calipers.
• Please note Nsx, s2000, and 8th gen civic require our laser shims. Will be supply at no extra cost.

The merchant requires a pair of Acura TL-S calipers. Send only calipers; no additional components are needed. The calipers will be CNC machined to our specifications and modified to be direct bolt-ons for your vehicle. Once finished, the calipers can be easily installed without the use of spacers or drilling out your spindles.

 

Using running spacers behind the rotors is not recommended as it can push the rotor out, causing potential issues with the wheels fitting properly in the hub. This can lead to shaking in the steering wheel and potential damage to wheel bearings and bushings over time. It is important to prioritize safety and avoid cutting corners with inexpensive alternatives.

  

 

Will the new caliper clear your wheels?

Our 4 PISTON BIG BRAKE KIT requires a minimum wheel size of 17 inches to ensure proper clearance for the calipers. Our observations have shown that lower offset wheels typically provide easier clearance. However, the design of each wheel also plays a significant role in clearing the calipers. For optimal results, we recommend a clearance of approximately 2 1/4 inches from the rotor to the wheel spokes.

 

Expert Tip: This information only applies to our TLs calipers and their machining process. Email Dc5creations3@gmail.com if your wheels have clearance with or without spacers to assist the community.

We currently have standard red, standard yellow, and colorless options available for immediate shipment within 2-3 business days. Please NOTE that the standard red and yellow colors may have slight imperfections from the factory, as they are not powder-coated by us please watch the installed before you place the order.

Rotors will be shipped separately and may take 2-3 weeks to arrive. Once tracking is available, we will send it to you via email.

The calipers may take 4-6 weeks to ship if they are being powder coated due to high demand. If the selected powder is out of stock and causes a delay, we will contact you. The calipers, along with all required hardware, will be delivered via USPS 2-3 priority mail.

It is important to note that any additional fees incurred upon the arrival of your order from Canada will be your responsibility. Additionally, please be aware that this shipping quote is only valid for the specific order and cannot be combined with other orders. Please take note that we do not ship rotors to Canada unless you are willing to pay an additional $90 for shipping.
