All performance and modified vehicle parts sold by Dc5creations are intended for competition or off-road use only unless otherwise stated.

Installation of aftermarket or competition parts may affect vehicle safety, handling, emissions compliance, insurance coverage, and may void manufacturer warranties.

Federal, state, provincial, and local laws in the U.S. and Canada may prohibit the removal or modification of emissions-related or safety-related components on vehicles operated on public roads. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify compliance with all applicable laws and regulations prior to purchase and installation.

Dc5creations products are not intended for use on public roads. Customers are strongly advised not to install these products on street-driven vehicles.

Dc5creations assumes no liability for any damages, injuries, losses, or legal consequences resulting from the purchase, installation, or use of its products. This includes, but is not limited to, personal injury, property damage, or death arising from improper or on-road use.

By purchasing, installing, or using any Dc5creations product, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this disclaimer in full.
