Refund policy

 

All refund are subject to 5% witholding for payment processing fees & administrative /fees. This is regardless if you order the wrong item, or we cancel your order. 

The customer is responsible for shipping costs. Parts must be in new condition and properly packaged as it is shipped. Upon approval, refunds will be processed in the same manner it was paid minus up to 20% restocking fee unless agreed upon during the pre-approval process. Restocking fee is to offset payment processor charges, shipping supplies and administrative cost. 

 

• Accidents and failures can occur at any time.  Be aware that use of parts and services as well as participation in Motorsports activities carries a significant risk, and the Purchaser assumes all risks.  Dc5creations is not liable for any damage to vehicles or other property due to the use of Motorsports products.  Any parts from Dc5creations should be inspected regularly for any damage or wear.  
• All notices from Dc5creations to You may be posted on our Web site and will be deemed delivered within thirty (30) days after posting. Notices from You to Dc5creations shall be made either by e-mail, sent to the address we provide on our Web site.
• Delivery shall be deemed to have been made by You to Dc5creations five (5) days after the date sent.
