The Dc5creations crash bars are designed for 1996-2000 Honda civic. Bars bolt directly to the factory bumper beam locations. We created our crash bars in response to the minimum space has when adding an intercooler. Lighter than OEM provides you extreme strength, durability, and more room to have access. Yes, it will fit with your bumper. 

The only intercoolers that will work with our mounts are Dc5creations, speed-factory, Sheepy built & plm 600/800hp- 800/1000hp will also mount right up. Please be aware the 800/ 1000hp intercooler is very tight fitment.
